This policy explains what information Drew collects, why, and who we share it with to make the product work. We wrote this in plain language on purpose — if anything's unclear, email us.
Drew is built and operated by JasperFoust LLC. This policy covers the Drew app (app.heydrewai.com) and the Drew marketing site (heydrewai.com).
We use your information to operate and improve Drew: to generate personalized responses, power voice conversations, draft marketing content, manage your subscription, provide customer support, and keep the service reliable and secure.
Drew is built on top of several trusted third-party providers. Each processes a specific slice of data to power a specific feature:

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing the data they process. We choose providers we trust and only share what's necessary for them to perform their specific function.
We do not sell your personal information or your clients' information to advertisers or data brokers. We share data only with the service providers listed above (to the extent needed to run Drew) or if required by law.
Your data is stored using Supabase's database infrastructure with Row Level Security policies designed so that each user can only access their own account's data. No system is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we'll delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable time, except where we're required to retain records (like payment history) for legal or accounting purposes.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing darryl@jasperfoust.ai. If you're located in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with specific data protection laws, you may have additional rights under those laws — reach out and we'll work with you.
Drew's infrastructure is based in the United States. If you use Drew from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US. By using Drew, you consent to that transfer.
Drew is intended for licensed real estate professionals and is not directed at or intended for use by anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from minors.
We may update this policy as Drew evolves. We'll note the "last updated" date above and notify you of material changes.
