These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Drew, an AI-powered assistant for real estate agents, provided by JasperFoust LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using Drew, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use Drew.
Drew is intended for licensed real estate professionals and those actively working in real estate. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Founding Membership pricing is $39.99/month, locked in for the first 12 months from your signup date. After your first year, your subscription transitions to the then-current public rate. We'll do our best to notify you before that transition happens.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we don't offer partial-month refunds. Applicable sales tax is calculated and collected automatically based on your billing address.
Drew uses AI to draft messages, generate marketing copy, suggest follow-up strategy, and offer coaching advice. AI-generated content can be wrong, outdated, or inappropriate for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing anything Drew drafts — an email, a text, a social post, a client note — before you send it or act on it. Drew is a tool to help you work faster, not a replacement for your own professional judgment.
Drew does not prepare, complete, file, or submit official real estate forms, contracts, or legal documents, and does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Transaction coordination support from Drew is informational and organizational only. You remain solely responsible for complying with your state and local real estate licensing laws, MLS rules, brokerage policies, fair housing law, and any other regulations that apply to your business — Drew's suggestions do not substitute for that responsibility, and rules vary by state and change over time.
You own the contact and client information you put into Drew. By using the service, you grant us a license to store and process that information solely to provide the service to you. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data and which third-party services we use to power Drew.
Don't use Drew for anything illegal, don't attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the underlying AI or voice systems, and don't use Drew's marketing tools to generate content that violates fair housing law or discriminates based on any protected class.
Drew is built on top of several third-party services to provide AI responses, voice, image generation, social media publishing, and payment processing. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to the parts of the service they power. See our Privacy Policy for the current list.
Because Drew is in active beta, we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, that every feature will work perfectly, or that the product won't change. We'll fix issues as fast as we reasonably can, but we're not liable for lost time, lost leads, or lost business resulting from a bug, outage, or beta-stage limitation.
You can stop using Drew and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or fail to pay applicable fees.
Drew is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JasperFoust LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Drew is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.
We may update these Terms as Drew evolves. We'll notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
